	CA Narender K. Kalra is the founder of the firm. He established this firm in 1983, as a proprietary concern. He is the guiding force of the team with his varied experience of over 30 years in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation, advisory, management and legal consultancy. CA Narender Kalra graduated in Science from the University of Mumbai and in Law from the Government Law College. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and diploma holder in Information System Audit (ICAI). He was the founder Convener of Chembur Study Circle of Chartered Accountants, in the year 1987. The Chembur Study Circle has received the best Study Circle award from ICAI for 11 years. He is a regular speaker at various forums on subjects of Income Tax, Value Added Tax & GST and has written articles on these subjects.

	CA Jay N. Kalra is working with the firm since September 2009 and joined as a partner from April 2013. He is a commerce graduate from the Mumbai University and qualified as Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012. He is handling Audits and Assurance Services and has exceptional planning and execution skills in this field. He is in charge of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing practice of the firm.
